As the industry leaders in 3D pens in the classroom and at home, the company WobbleWorks, Inc., and its affiliates and subsidiaries, (“3Doodler”, “we” or “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Notice explains the personal information we collect and why we collect it. 

When you are accessing, browsing, navigating and/or using the website 3doodle (the “Site”), you communicate your Personal Information to 3Doodler. Please be aware that our app is managed by a third party. For more details on app-related privacy, please visit https://www.makeree.com/privacy.

Please read this Privacy Notice carefully as it explains how 3Doodler collects, uses and discloses your Personal Information when you visit or make a purchase from the Site and how you can exercise your rights in this regard.

Following or during a restructuring, reconstitution, acquisition, debt financing, merger, sale of assets of 3Doodler or a similar transaction, as well as in case of insolvency, bankruptcy or receivership where Personal Information is transferred to one or more third parties as assets of 3Doodler.

4. Security

We have implemented technical and organizational measures designed to protect your Personal Information. However, please understand that no method of transmission over the Internet or method of storing data is 100% secure. Therefore, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Data Retention

As a general rule, your Personal Information will only be retained for the period necessary for the accomplishment of the purposes for which such information was collected, or as necessary to fulfill legal or regulatory obligations.

We are located in Hong Kong although our service providers are located in countries worldwide. This means that we may transfer your Personal Information across borders. Where we are required to protect a transfer of Personal Information across borders, we will implement appropriate safeguards (such as European Commission approved Standard Contractual Clauses or an intercompany agreement with appropriate contractual protections) to protect that Personal Information. 7. Minors

The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not intentionally collect Personal Information from children. If you are the parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with Personal Information, please contact us at the email address above to request deletion.

Our Site may contain references and/or links to third-party websites and services, including references and links to third parties that accept and process your payments to us and operate our loyalty program. We are not responsible for any third party's data collection or privacy practices, and we have no control over what information third parties track or collect. Right to object

You have the right to object to our processing of your Personal Information at any time if the processing is based on our legitimate interest. 3Doodler will no longer process your Personal Information, unless 3Doodler demonstrates compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which overrides your interests, rights and freedoms, such as the respect of a legal obligation or for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims.

Right to withdraw your consent

You have the right to withdraw your consent when it has been obtained, without this withdrawal affecting the lawfulness of the Personal Information processing operations previously carried out.

These Additional California Privacy Disclosures supplement the information contained in the Privacy Notice. These Disclosures apply only to individuals residing in California.

The types of Personal Information 3Doodler collects, the sources, and the manner in which 3Doodler collects that Personal Information can be found in the "What Information We Collect" section of the Privacy Notice.

We may use and disclose Personal Information for the business and commercial purposes detailed in the "Disclosures of Your Personal Information" section of the Privacy Notice.

We retain your information as described in the "Data Retention" section of the Privacy Notice.

We have not sold consumer information for any monetary value. However, our use of cookies, and tracking technologies may constitute "sharing" under certain U.S. state consumer privacy laws. We have sold or shared the following categories of Personal Information with our targeted advertising service providers and partners: Identifiers, Non-precise geolocation data, and Internet activity information. We do not knowingly sell the Personal Information of minors under 18. Shine the Light

California Civil Code Section 1798.83, also known as the "Shine The Light" law, permits our users who are California residents to request and obtain from us, once a year and free of charge, information about categories of Personal Information (if any) we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes and the names and addresses of all third parties to which we disclosed Personal Information in the immediately preceding calendar year. If you are a California resident and would like to make such a request, please submit your request in writing to us using the contact information provided below.

Making a consumer request does not require you to create an account with us. Applicable law may limit the number of times that you can submit a particular request within a 12-month period.

Return Policy

Returns Process

We love our product and we hope that you will be delighted with it too, but if for any reason it wasn’t what you expected, please reach out to us at help@the3doodler.com by March 10th 2026 to initiate a return. It must be in the same condition that you received it: unopened and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please ensure you quote your order number and note we are unable to refund any shipping costs associated with your order. We will allocate a Returns Code, which must be included on the label of the package in order to process your return. We may also advise you on how to send the item back to us. You will be responsible for the returned products and return costs until they reach us.

Please note that product returns cannot be accepted in person at our office address.

Refund Timing

If approved for a refund, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days once the item is returned. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your refund, please contact us at help@the3doodler.com.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
